What is Health? It is the state of harmony and vitality within our body — the very essence of life itself. At our meetings, this is what we devote our work to: awakening and restoring the body’s natural ability to function at its highest potential. Together with Master Mu and his team, we engage in a process of deep renewal, gently guiding the body back to balance.
Through simple yet profound movements, we train our awareness and sensitivity — learning to truly feel ourselves and everything around us. As this awareness grows, a remarkable transformation occurs: the body begins to act on its own, guided by its innate intelligence. At this stage, our task is no longer to control, but to listen, support, and direct the natural processes unfolding within us.
Gradually, all internal and external movements merge into one seamless, continuous flow. The body’s vital systems — blood circulation, digestion, the skeletal and nervous systems — begin to work together in perfect harmony.
The results can be extraordinary. The body starts to heal itself, addressing many problems without the need for external intervention. And when outside help is necessary, it learns to respond instantly and effectively.
In these classes, we also explore how to quickly gather and skillfully direct energy. By simply moving, with calm attention and clear intention, everything within us begins to align — and deep healing happens naturally, without force or struggle.
