The mission of Zhen Gongfu is to preserve, develop, and share the vast heritage of knowledge about health, balance, and inner harmony that has been generously passed on to us by Master Mu Yuchun e Vladimir Fedortsov.
This knowledge is not limited to theory alone — it is a living experience that combines practical methods of working with the body, understanding natural processes, traditional approaches to health, movement, breathing, and attentive awareness of oneself and others.
Every seminar and meeting with Mu Yuchun and Vladimir Fedortsov is truly unique. Each gathering reveals new layers of understanding, practical discoveries, and subtle details that cannot be found in books alone. Step by step, separate pieces of knowledge come together into one complete and harmonious picture — a deep and beautiful system where everything is interconnected.
Through years of practice, observation, and direct experience, participants begin to see health not as the absence of illness, but as a natural state of balance between body, mind, emotions, and daily life. The purpose of Zhen Gongfu is to help preserve this knowledge with respect and accuracy, while making it accessible to people around the world so it can continue to inspire, support, and benefit future generations.
The seminar is led by Vladimir Fedortsov, who carefully guides participants throughout the entire learning process.
He explains how to perform the exercises correctly, demonstrates important details and principles of movement, and helps participants gradually feel more confident and comfortable in practice.
Special attention is given to understanding the body, proper coordination of movements, breathing, posture, and relaxation. Vladimir supports participants individually during the training, helping them adapt the exercises to their own level of preparation and physical condition.
His teaching approach combines clear explanations, practical experience, attentive guidance, and a calm learning atmosphere, allowing participants to better understand the practices and integrate them naturally into everyday life.

The seminar will be attended by a team consisting of Mu Yuchun, Vladimir Fedortsov — winner of World and European Traditional Wushu Championships, Honored Coach of Ukraine and two-time European champion, as well as Zulfiya Khazheyeva — winner of World Traditional Wushu Championships, and student Natalia Volkova.
Together, the team will guide participants through the seminar practices, share their experience, and help create a supportive and attentive learning atmosphere throughout the event.
